The most amazing care and service for our dog. Fabulous attention, care and understanding. Excellent booking system and follow up. We have the complete care package they offer and this is just brilliant; I can barely believe how much is included and it is so nice that the team get to know you - a real family feeling.

Absolutely 100% recommend this practice. After worrying about Ted's hacking, Claire gave Ted a head to toe check over. Nice and thorough check out and told me all I needed to know to put mind at ease not to mention Ted was super calm here and willing to cooperate with the staff which is a super plus! Just started using this practice as it's lovely and close to us. We have a new pup so it was the perfect time to try them out. Couldn't ask for friendlier or more welcoming people. I'm sure our little dog will be very well cared for here.

Our poor little Dachshund has had more than her fair share of trips to the vet including having surgery on her knee. Beacon View are the most amazing vets and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to look after her now. Every member of staff we’ve met is super friendly and always take the time to get to know the animals. Appointments aren’t rushed and you always leave confident of a plan, they take the time to explain everything to you so you really understand decisions being made. The space is lovely too but most importantly the care for the animals is second to none.

Claire helped me take care of my elderly Golden Doodle at a different practice. I really liked her manner with him and her encouragement and advice to me when I was falling apart. I was delighted to find her again at Beacon View and have seen quite a bit of her and the team in the 9 weeks I’ve had my new dog! They are all so nice and Bertie is more than happy to go in with them. He’s had 2 procedures and the staff kept me informed every step of the way. The check ups are either done by email with photos, telephone or in person. Their aftercare is excellent too. It’s good to know that the whole team work in the same way as Claire and I would definitely recommend them.

Beacon View is unlike any veterinary practice I have ever been to. Whenever I have taken my dog there the staff welcome us as we walk in and take interest in my dog which is so helpful. The waiting room is very comfortable and relaxing. The vets explain everything in language I can understand and are so kind. My dog recently had a very serious condition necessitating an operation which was dealt with by the staff at the surgery with kindness and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone who loves their pet and wants the best care for them.

Only recently moved my two dogs to Beacon View but am absolutely delighted with the care that they have received so far. My dogs are getting older and it’s such a comfort to know that Claire, Kate and the team are on hand to look after them going forward.
