A vets where caring for your companion always comes first, near Sandwich and Deal

Claire is absolutely brilliant and Reggie adores going to the vets! They are professional and kind and handle the animals very well. Booking an appointment is easy and uncomplicated and as I work full time they are always accommodating. We trust Beacon View to look after our lovely dog and keep him well. I continue to be incredibly impressed with Claire and her team. We joined the practice back in March and both our feline friends are members of the Beacon View Vet Pet Club. Claire has a magical touch - I don't know how she does it, but both cats turn into cooperative and humble creatures, when they're with her (not always the case at home). Everyone in the practice has been kind, warm and very responsive. Whenever I have a question or a problem, Claire is there to reassure me and offers immediate check ups, so I can put my mind at ease. Lily has been through hell, having recovered in the recent months from being hit by a car last year, so she's very special to us. Only last week we had a scare after I found a strange lump on her chest. Claire made a swift decision to remove it and check it out - luckily it wasn't malignant and we all sighed with relief. Lily is behaving as if she never had the surgery and the post-op wound is healing nicely. I could praise Claire and her team all day, but to summarise - I couldn't wish for better vet care for my two cats. Thank you, Beacon View Vets!

Having a very nervous dog, visiting the vets was always something we worried about. Since joining Beacon View we no longer have that worry. The staff are so understanding and patient which makes us feel relaxed and helps our four legged friend cope with something she finds very scary. They listen to your concerns and genuinely care.

I can’t thank Claire enough.... after a long walk with Cookie the cocker spaniel he came home with a grass dart in his ear.... we rang the vets and too out surprise Claire picked up the phone .... we explained what had happened and she told us she had just got home, to give her half an hour and she would be back with us..... she examined Cookie and told us that he would have to be sedated to remove it.... pain killers were given and he’s due for the procedure today ...... Cookie is more than just a dog to me.... he’s helped me through loosing my dad and is more like a friend than a pet .... i just wanted to say Thank you soooo much for what you have done to make sure Cookie was comfortable and for turning out when you had only just got home .... I cannot recommend enough

Can’t recommend enough. Our cat was hit by a car and suffered some nasty fractures to his pelvis. We received daily updates via text and video call during his stay. The aftercare since he’s been home is second to none with frequent checkups and advice. Not just a business, Claire and her team are real animal lovers. Would not take our pets anywhere else now.

Always happy with the efficient and professional service we receive at Beacon View vets. All staff work exceptionally hard and are friendly and approachable, we always know our pooch Lola is in safe hands when she visits. Our poor little Dachshund has had more than her fair share of trips to the vet including having surgery on her knee. Beacon View are the most amazing vets and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to look after her now. Every member of staff we’ve met is super friendly and always take the time to get to know the animals. Appointments aren’t rushed and you always leave confident of a plan, they take the time to explain everything to you so you really understand decisions being made. The space is lovely too but most importantly the care for the animals is second to none.

Absolutely 100% recommend this practice. After worrying about Ted's hacking, Claire gave Ted a head to toe check over. Nice and thorough check out and told me all I needed to know to put mind at ease not to mention Ted was super calm here and willing to cooperate with the staff which is a super plus!
