A vets where caring for your companion always comes first, near Sandwich and Deal

My cats were very calm and relaxed during their experience, Tess the vet was great with them and the staff were all very friendly and the whole practice was very clean.

Three weeks ago, Snoopy, our 10 ten year old Jack Russell, had a growth removed from under an eyelid. From initial consultation through to the op. itself and aftercare, Claire and everyone at the practice looked after him superbly well. Snoopy is now back to his handsome self and actually enjoys visiting the practice. That has never happened before

Beacon View is unlike any veterinary practice I have ever been to. Whenever I have taken my dog there the staff welcome us as we walk in and take interest in my dog which is so helpful. The waiting room is very comfortable and relaxing. The vets explain everything in language I can understand and are so kind. My dog recently had a very serious condition necessitating an operation which was dealt with by the staff at the surgery with kindness and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone who loves their pet and wants the best care for them.

Our poor little Dachshund has had more than her fair share of trips to the vet including having surgery on her knee. Beacon View are the most amazing vets and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to look after her now. Every member of staff we’ve met is super friendly and always take the time to get to know the animals. Appointments aren’t rushed and you always leave confident of a plan, they take the time to explain everything to you so you really understand decisions being made. The space is lovely too but most importantly the care for the animals is second to none.

I continue to be incredibly impressed with Claire and her team. We joined the practice back in March and both our feline friends are members of the Beacon View Vet Pet Club. Claire has a magical touch - I don't know how she does it, but both cats turn into cooperative and humble creatures, when they're with her (not always the case at home). Everyone in the practice has been kind, warm and very responsive. Whenever I have a question or a problem, Claire is there to reassure me and offers immediate check ups, so I can put my mind at ease. Lily has been through hell, having recovered in the recent months from being hit by a car last year, so she's very special to us. Only last week we had a scare after I found a strange lump on her chest. Claire made a swift decision to remove it and check it out - luckily it wasn't malignant and we all sighed with relief. Lily is behaving as if she never had the surgery and the post-op wound is healing nicely. I could praise Claire and her team all day, but to summarise - I couldn't wish for better vet care for my two cats. Thank you, Beacon View Vets!

I cannot recommend Claire and her team enough. One day after registering we needed her help for our dog. The skill, efficiency, dog. The skill, efficiency, friendliness and support were truly exceptional. Within 48 hours our dog was also seen by the ophthalmologist specialist who is part of the team. They were all truly brilliant; we have never been so well looked after before.

I would recommend Beacon View Vets, the team provided a warm welcome, calm and relaxed environment and gave my injured cat all the care and love they could possibly give. She (Phoebe) is fully recovered and enjoying the wind in her whiskers and basking in the sunshine, as well as staying away from the bigger cats.

Claire helped me take care of my elderly Golden Doodle at a different practice. I really liked her manner with him and her encouragement and advice to me when I was falling apart. I was delighted to find her again at Beacon View and have seen quite a bit of her and the team in the 9 weeks I’ve had my new dog! They are all so nice and Bertie is more than happy to go in with them. He’s had 2 procedures and the staff kept me informed every step of the way. The check ups are either done by email with photos, telephone or in person. Their aftercare is excellent too. It’s good to know that the whole team work in the same way as Claire and I would definitely recommend them.
