We were recommended Beacon View by a very experienced, but retired vet we know. They didn’t disappoint, lovely & friendly, but more importantly very knowledgable staff. We have a plan in place for a long term sick dog and feel comfortable we moved to the right vets who will look after our very important furry members of the family. Would happily recommend. Jeffrey went into Beacon View Veterinary practice today for his little boy operation his operation was slightly different as he had a retained right testicle in the abdomen. Lead Vet Claire Smith and the rest of the team have been outstanding providing the best care for my darling boy. During the COVID pandemic they have worked really hard through these unusual and challenging times, I also visit monthly for Jeffrey’s Cytopoint as he has a lot of allergies. I cannot recommend Claire and her team more.

Our first visit to Vet Claire was a breeze! Our 9 week old Labrador pup was perfectly happy to go off in Claire’s cuddling arms for a check up. Clean bill of health given and I could even watch her with the IPad! Such an amazing service and we’ll be back next week!

I cannot recommend Claire and her team enough. One day after registering we needed her help for our dog. The skill, efficiency, dog. The skill, efficiency, friendliness and support were truly exceptional. Within 48 hours our dog was also seen by the ophthalmologist specialist who is part of the team. They were all truly brilliant; we have never been so well looked after before.

Only recently moved my two dogs to Beacon View but am absolutely delighted with the care that they have received so far. My dogs are getting older and it’s such a comfort to know that Claire, Kate and the team are on hand to look after them going forward.

Three weeks ago, Snoopy, our 10 ten year old Jack Russell, had a growth removed from under an eyelid. From initial consultation through to the op. itself and aftercare, Claire and everyone at the practice looked after him superbly well. Snoopy is now back to his handsome self and actually enjoys visiting the practice. That has never happened before

I can’t thank Claire enough.... after a long walk with Cookie the cocker spaniel he came home with a grass dart in his ear.... we rang the vets and too out surprise Claire picked up the phone .... we explained what had happened and she told us she had just got home, to give her half an hour and she would be back with us..... she examined Cookie and told us that he would have to be sedated to remove it.... pain killers were given and he’s due for the procedure today ...... Cookie is more than just a dog to me.... he’s helped me through loosing my dad and is more like a friend than a pet .... i just wanted to say Thank you soooo much for what you have done to make sure Cookie was comfortable and for turning out when you had only just got home .... I cannot recommend enough

Excellent service from pre date of appointment where contact is second to none, on the day where I, as the client is felt at ease by the vets and nurses, to the update phone calls saying how my pet was doing to pickup where you know that they've been very well looked after, to the post op follow up appointment a few days later. Consumate professionals, caring, loving and extremely good value. It's not about the cost, it's about how we'll their looked after, the treatment they receive and post op treatment and advice they provide. Couldn't ask for better.
