Andy

Andy graduated from the Royal Veterinary College, London in 2013 with a combined BSc (Hons) in Veterinary Science and a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine. Over the past decade, he has built extensive experience in soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery working in small animal hospitals across London, Hertfordshire, Kent, and Norfolk.
Early in his career, Andy developed a strong interest in surgery and diagnostic imaging. In 2022, he completed a Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice with a surgical focus (CertAVP GSAS) and was soon afterwards awarded RCVS Advanced Practitioner status.

Having previously worked with Claire and Sarah, he now brings his wealth of experience back to Kent to benefit our patients and clients. Andy strongly believes in compassionate, ethical, and collaborative client relationships to advocate for the best outcomes for his patients.

For the last three years, Andy has worked in a specialist-led orthopaedic referral hospital in Norfolk, training under internationally recognised orthopaedic surgeons. In 2025, he was awarded an Advanced Certificate in Orthopaedic Surgery. Alongside his surgical training, Andy has also undertaken further development in diagnostic imaging, pathology, anaesthesia, and neurology/neurosurgery.

In addition to his clinical work, Andy is actively involved in research within small animal veterinary orthopaedics and contributes to several ongoing projects in the field.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife and their two dogs – a young Golden Retriever named Luca and a Labrador called Tom. He’s an enthusiastic member of his local CrossFit community and enjoys sampling the best of Kent’s food and drink.
