Drop Off Service

We are proud to offer a unique drop off service for our registered clients. We know how hectic life can be and trying to squeeze in pet care can be tricky.

We want to make life easier for you and your pet, and our drop off service does just that.

By using our drop-off service, you can arrange to bring your pet in on your way to work in the morning, and pick them up later the same day. This is perfect if you live in Sandwich but work in Whitfield, or live in Deal and work in Thanet.

How does it work?

Quick Booking

Simply contact us to book, we will send you a pre-consultation questionnaire so that you can make a note of any concerns you have.

Hassle free drop off

Park right outside and drop your pet off at the pre-arranged time. When you drop your pet off, please bring any vaccination cards or passports, medications, anything of medical interest as well as some home comforts, such as blankets or toys. This step that takes only a few minutes.

Whilst your pet is with us they will have lots of fuss, and receive all their home comforts in our spacious accommodation. Later on when they are relaxed and settled in we will hold a complete veterinary examination.

A call with the vet

The vet will call you to discuss the findings of the examination and discuss any concerns you may have. If any further investigations, such as blood tests, are agreed then we will perform these before your pre-arranged pick up time. Your pet will continue to relax with us until you are ready to collect them.

Easy collection

Collecting your pet is also designed to make life easier for you. At the pre-arranged pick up time your friend will be returned to you by our experienced nurses. If you would prefer a face to face consultation with a vet rather than a phone call this can be booked with the pick up appointment.

We offer this service for a wide-range of routine appointments including:

  • Annual health checks and vaccination
  • Medication rechecks
  • Blood and urine sampling
  • Blood pressure measurement
