Veterinary Surgeon
Sarah is a passionate vet who grew up in the picturesque town of Macclesfield in Cheshire. Her love for animals and desire to make a positive impact on their lives led her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. After completing her studies at Cambridge University, she ventured South and settled in the charming coastal town of Folkestone, where she currently lives close to the beach.
Sarah’s deep rooted fascination with the diverse and ever evolving field of veterinary medicine was ignited during her childhood. She recognised that becoming a veterinarian would provide her with an exciting and multifaceted opportunity to work with animals while also making a meaningful difference in the lives of their owners.
Sarah enjoys the variety of small animal veterinary medicine but has developed a particular interest in anaesthesia and analgesia. She is currently studying towards her advanced practice certificate in this area.
Outside of her professional life, Sarah enjoys rowing on the sea and often travels up and down the coast to national competitions. She also enjoys cooking, and reading a good book. Sarah’s artistic side shines through her musical talents as well, as she is skilled in playing both the clarinet and the piano.
