Around the Clock Attention

Beacon View also offer overnight inpatient care at the practice, avoiding unnecessary transfers and additional stress for you and your pet.

We ensure our clinical team have the support they need to deliver consistently excellent care. This includes feeling fresh and well-rested, so we work with dedicated emergency care providers, who provide overnight emergency treatment. This partnership means you can access 24/7 service, and we can provide the best possible care every time you come in.

If your pet suddenly appears unwell and you’re not sure what to do, you can seek information and reassurance by using our video call service. Speak direct to your vet until 11pm, Monday to Friday.

We aim to develop a full emergency in-house night service, as we become increasingly established, and will keep you posted on this development.
